Brisbane Concert Choir at St Andrew's is an auditioned adult
mixed-voice community choir of between 50 and 60 members, from 18 to 70 years
of age, drawn from all walks of life, based in the heart of Brisbane,
Australia. Formed in 1996 by Dr Guy Jansen, it was directed by Christopher
Kiver up until July 2002, and thereafter Graeme Morton, until the end of 2003.
Debra Shearer-Dirié was appointed to the position in May 2005.
The Choir greatly appreciates the ongoing support of St
Andrew's Uniting Church, Ann St, Brisbane, its Minister and congregation which
provides the Choir with a beautiful heritage building for rehearsal and
performing space. It also acknowledges Gary Fredericks for the design of the
choir logo used at the top of each page of this website.
