The Adelaide Fringe Festival was created in 1960 by a group of independent artists. Nowadays it is a thriving platform for artists to try out new work, experiment and engage. Today, Adelaide Fringe takes over the entire city with more than 1100 events staged in established venues such as theatres, hotels, art galleries, cafes and town halls as well as in pop up venues in parks, warehouses, lane-ways and empty buildings.
The Catalan puppet company Marionetes Nòmades will be in the Adelaide Fringe. The show they are performing is called The Pirate's Tresure.
In this video you can see the process of creating the puppets of the show.

TrekYourWay is an agency specialised in 'study and work' in Australia and New Zealand. It has launched a collaboration with Aussie partners to start TREKLANGUAGE, an English school specialised in professional English.
Professional English classes are based on IELTS contents (IELTS is the most popular English test in the world and the most useful in terms of getting work visas).
They also offer short courses to get professional certifications to work in Australia (food, gaming, construction, leisure industries).
If you are an Aussie English teacher living in Barcelona, TREKLANGUAGE could be an opportunity, don't hesitate to send them your resume.
If you want to improve your English for professional purposes or you're planning to move abroad, TREKLANGUAGE is also a good option (besides they are offering free trial lessons from 6th to 16th August!!!)
