An Introduction to Creative and Personal
Development

You
are invited to participate in an introduction to the practical work of
personal development learning new ways to create the future you want to
live.
It
is for people who are in transition and realise that old ways of
thinking and doing things are no longer working. They are looking for a
new beginning, how to use what they already have and how to develop
their inner resources.
What happens in the workshop?
We
look at how we can use language to reprogram how we think and therefore
the reality we live in. We learn how to practice simple bodywork
techniques to remove barriers to our progress and to restore healthy
order and vitality to our whole being. These techniques are immediately
effective after the interactive workshop and can then be used at
anytime.
This
is an introduction workshop to the community connected with AuNZCat. It is a taster session to assess the possibilities of
developing a program of personal and professional development. There is
no cost for this first session. The only requirement is that you show up
100% and open to participate in something new and creative.
The
workshop is based in English and Spanish or Catalan can be used to help people
understand more fully. A good intermediate - upper intermediate level of
English is necessary.
